Koi Ride is a rideshare company that is located in UAE Dubai (very hard to reach) They take jobs in bulk from Expedia.com, Booking.com Holiday Taxis and many more big travel websites. My opinion Koi Ride is a shady company that eventually will end up bankrupt. Customers, Accounts, Investors be aware. Affiliate companies are not happy. Payments are always late. Missing payments, Story after story. Balance is always grows despite their low payments. They call with bulk jobs same day because companies throw them back (due to non payment) Greeter service is collected from passengers and its 50/50 you will get a greeter. If you get a greeter than theres a chance that greeter has 2 different terminals and he will be walking you thru on the phone. Sometimes when its too much they don't even answer. Not to mention its a middle of the night there when its busy in a daytime here so the whole business model is failing. Reviews on trustpilot speak for themselves. All this problems due to non payment and open balance. We tired of getting ignored by you and you owe us over $12K so let the world know and if you are a limo company and this story matches you we suggest you to start collecting and do not add new balance. or you will be in my boat. Pay us Koi Ride and stop ignoring us.
Phone conversations are recorded in my business. Maybe I should post them here for the world to listen. When dispatcher is powerless then they ask their management to help to cover their jobs. Managers know exactly why their jobs are refused. And then it starts. Promises. The promises of payments that comes from Kabeer their finance director. They will promise you, they will swear up & down payment is coming and after the job is covered by you all promises are forgotten. I'm a Man of my Word and if I promise something I will make it happen. Their word is in the air. Keep Hiding in another country, ignoring my whatsapp messages and emails. I will have this website up forever. It will be on Google #1 when someone will google you and soon I'll link all the reviews into here. This is just a begining. Easier to pay the balance. Some jobs customers complain. We understand they can't find a driver, or were promised meet & greet and didn't get it or anything else. Seems like Koi Ride is taking advantage of this. They will spontaneously tell you that this and this customer is complaining and provide proof of the job. You need to send them GPS report, Texts to a customer and photos infront of the hotel. and Koi gives you 24 hours to send them otherwise you pay for the job same amount that you charge them. Seems fishy but somewhat fair. Let us let you know Not every customer is complaining. We spoke to few customers that were super friendly while we were picking them up and providing the service and they said they never complained. Its easy for us to send what they ask for since our system keeps records but one time we questioned them. Excuses didn't even make sense. It was like first grader was attemping to solve a calculus problem. After that we understood whats up. Records were kept with every job.
